Carocelle LLP Limited offer a single point contact, who maintains constant communication with the tenant’s operations management team, whilst co-coordinating the landlords programming requirements.
Projects incorporating the removal of existing Asbestos roof coverings and concrete purlins, replacing with modern galvanised steel purlins and composite roof panels, have been successfully carried out whilst enabling tenants to continue trading with minimal disruption.

He has over 30 years’ experience working within the roofing industry and has worked within both the public and private sectors; with client and contracting organisations. Over the course of is career, Ian has led in a combination of operational and commercial roles, at contract, regional and national level, in the tendering, mobilisation and operation of roofing projects in a wide range of market sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, chemical, electronics, utilities, pharmaceutical, education and health.

ROOF SHEETING AND CLADDING
Refurbishment of corrugated roofing and cladding gives you the opportunity to upgrade the insulation of your building and create a new weathertight covering. This can be achieved by replacing the whole roof with a composite panel for simple, fast site installation, or built up roof cladding systems, or where appropriate over-cladding the whole building envelope (roof & walls). Our installation teams have the expertise to refurbish asbestos cement roofs and profiled metal systems. We can assess the condition of your existing building and provide consultative advice and options to suit various budgets.
BUILT UP FELT ROOFING
Built-up felt roofing is a well-established method of weatherproofing that uses modern bituminous membranes. Modern high performance felt roofing can be installed using traditional pour and roll or torch applied techniques. If your site has a ‘no flame’ policy, we can offer cold applied felt roofing, which doesn’t use hot bitumen or gas torches.
LIQUID APPLIED ROOFING
Liquid applied systems offer a seamless, cold applied roof coating, which is particularly suited to buildings with complex detailing or housing extensive plant equipment. They are applied by brush or roller and produce a strong waterproof membrane that is seamless, flexible and can incorporate colour contrast walkways with slip inhibiting surfaces and are guaranteed for up to 25 years.
SINGLE PLY ROOFING
Lightweight flexible membranes typically made from PVC or Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) thickness is between 1mm and 2mm. They are rapidly installed using “flame free” hot air welding, adhesives and fasteners. Single ply roofing is a cost effective method for covering large roof areas and the finished product is a modern, aesthetically pleasing roofing system.
FLAT TO PITCHED ROOF CONVERSIONS
If you have an old flat roof that suffers from ponding water, you may find that a flat to pitched roof conversion could be the answer. A new lightweight subframe is built over the existing roof and then over-clad. Each system is bespoke, designed to suit the existing structure. We are available to discuss and advise on suitability and cost.
GUTTERING AND RAIN WATER SYSTEMS
Removing rainwater effectively from a roof is crucial to keeping it watertight and prolonging its life. We can also provide gutter maintenance service plans to help maintain your guttering.
ROOF LIGHT RENEWAL
A dark building can be transformed into a light, airy environment simply by replacing existing roof lights. The work can often be undertaken with little disruption to daily activities, so your building can remain operational throughout the works. Plus it can reduce the need for artificial lighting which will reduce energy costs.
ASBESTOS CEMENT REMOVAL
Asbestos cement roofs are common in older industrial buildings. As concerns have grown about the health and safety implications of asbestos containing materials, many companies are hiring specialist removal contractors. If you suspect your building has these materials present and would like to find out more about removing them in a safe and easy way, then we’re here to help.
